Join Graham Shelor Dance for an in-studio showing and discussion of their latest work (DE)GENERATE. Travel in time to a mechanized future, where dancers grapple with the consequences of using AI in the creative process and the power their embodiment has to address such problems. Presentation of the work will be followed by a facilitated discussion led by artistic director Graham Shelor. This discussion will be a time for participants to engage as a community to discuss the work, provide feedback, and spark dialogue around larger themes in the piece.
